Alexandria Peterson

DNP, APRN, FNP

Alex is Elevates medical director and brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to medical aesthetics and wellness. With a background in functional medicine, she looks beyond the surface to understand the individual factors that can influence how patients look, feel, and respond to treatment.

She is passionate about delivering evidence-based care that is personalized to each patient, with a focus on achieving safe, natural-looking results and supporting long-term health and well-being.

Alex earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the Medical University of South Carolina. She recently retired from the U.S. Space Force Reserves, where she served as an emergency room and clinical nurse, bringing years of experience, clinical judgment, and a commitment to caring for others to her role at Elevate.

Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys everything Colorado has to offer. She loves hiking, skiing, running, biking, and exploring the mountains with her family. At Elevate, Alex believes the best aesthetic care is about more than changing what you see in the mirror. It’s about helping you look and feel your best—while still looking like you.

Alexandria Dowell

Co-Owner, RN, BSN

Alex is an aesthetic nurse who brings together advanced nursing expertise, aesthetician training, and a deep understanding of skin health to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans. Her philosophy is rooted in enhancement over alteration helping each patient look refreshed, balanced, and naturally themselves.

Alex takes a comprehensive approach to aesthetics, combining different treatments and techniques to address the skin, facial structure, and individual goals as a whole. Rather than taking a one-treatment-fits-all approach, she carefully considers how different modalities can work together to create natural, refined results that evolve beautifully over time.

She believes aesthetic medicine should be both an art and a science, with every treatment serving a purpose within a larger plan. Her goal is never to make someone look different, but to help them look and feel their best while still looking like themselves.

Outside of the clinic, Alex loves spending time with her daughter and being an active part of her community. She is passionate about advocating for individuals and minority groups and believes everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, respected, and cared for.

For Alex, aesthetics is about more than appearance, it’s about confidence, connection, and helping people feel like the best version of themselves.

Breauna Sanchez

Lead Aesthetician

Breauna is a Licensed Aesthetician who brings both hands-on expertise and operational excellence to the spa experience. Drawing from her experience running her own business, she combines creativity, precision, and innovation to elevate every client interaction. While managing day-to-day operations and assisting in hands-on treatments, she ensures each visit is seamless, personalized, and professional. Her unique blend of artistic skill and organizational talent allows her to deliver a luxurious, results-driven experience for every client. Outside of work, Breauna draws inspiration from art and design, enjoys line dancing, concerts, travel, and outdoor adventures with her miniature huskies – all while staying passionate about the latest trends in aesthetics and wellness.

Jamie Mollison

Co-Owner, RN, BSN

Jamie is a compassionate Registered Nurse with 17 years of clinical experience, specializing in Emergency Room trauma nursing. Her diverse background also includes PACU, Interventional Radiology, Wound Care, and various leadership and management roles. As Co-Owner of Elevate Wellness & Aesthetics, Jamie brings her extensive clinical expertise, leadership experience, and genuine passion for caring for others to every aspect of the practice.

Jamie believes exceptional care begins with truly listening to patients and understanding what matters most to them. She is dedicated to creating an experience where patients and families feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.

Outside of Elevate, Jamie’s greatest joy is her family. Her personal experiences continue to shape the way she cares for others with empathy, compassion, and a commitment to making every person feel valued and seen. As the mother of a son with special needs, Jamie has developed a personal passion for advocating for gifted individuals and their families. Her advocacy is deeply rooted in her own family’s experience and her belief that every individual deserves to be understood, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.
