New Patients

Your First Visit to Elevate Wellness and Aesthetics

Every new client starts with a consultation. We take the time to understand your goals, your health history, and how your skin or body has changed before recommending anything.

You will leave with a clear plan: which treatments make sense, how they are spaced, what results to expect, and what each step costs.

What to Expect

How Your First Visit Works

Book Your Consultation

Request an appointment online or call our office. Let us know what you would like to address so we can set aside the right amount of time.

Talk Through Your Goals

Your provider reviews your concerns, medical history, medications, and any previous aesthetic treatments, then looks closely at your skin, face, or scalp.

Get a Personalized Plan

We explain the options that fit, what each can and cannot do, recovery, and timing, so you can decide without pressure.

Treatment and Follow-Up

Your treatment is scheduled around your plan, and we check your results and adjust as you progress.

Be Prepared

What to Bring

  • A photo ID
  • A list of your current medications and supplements
  • Relevant medical history, including allergies
  • Details of past injectables, laser, or skin treatments and when you had them
  • The skincare products you use at home

Before Your Appointment

Good to Know

  • Arrive a few minutes early to complete your intake forms
  • Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy
  • Mention any upcoming events so treatments can be timed around them
  • Bring your questions — there is no such thing as too many

Not Sure Which Treatment Is Right for You?

That is exactly what the consultation is for. Most clients arrive with a concern rather than a treatment in mind, such as fine lines, lost volume, uneven skin, thinning hair, or weight they have struggled to lose.

We start with what is bothering you and work back to the options that address it, whether that is a single treatment, a combination, or a gradual plan over several visits.
